Small packages usually arrive within 7 days, while packages containing batteries and large items may be delayed by 2-5 days.

How do I purchase goods?

After registering and placing an order on Kaode, you will need to contact the website’s online customer service to obtain a pro forma invoice. Then, you will need to transfer the payment via wire transfer (T/T) to the bank account provided on the pro forma invoice. After the transfer is completed, please send the bank slip to our online customer service. Once Kaode’s finance staff receives your payment, they will arrange for the warehouse to pack and ship the goods.

Do I need to pay taxes and customs duties for this product?

No, we offer door-to-door DDP service (including customs duties and taxes).

Does the price of the product include shipping?

For orders under $500, we will charge a $20 shipping fee. Orders over $500 will ship free.

Could you briefly explain the shopping process?

1. First, register as a Kaode user using your email address, select the items you want, and add them to your cart. Fill in your shipping address and payment method (Telegraphic Transfer or cryptocurrency), then submit your order.

2. Provide your order number and contact the website’s online customer service to wait for them to issue you a pro forma invoice.

3. Pay according to the bank information or cryptocurrency wallet address on the pro forma invoice, and provide the bank transfer slip to customer service.

4. Wait for delivery.

Do your electronic products have certifications for US import?

 All tech goods pass CE, FCC, RoHS. Items with lithium battery (drone, e-scooter, robot, projector) are equipped with UN38.3, MSDS, air transport report for Hong Kong export and US customs clearance.

What should I do if I receive a damaged or wrong product?

If you receive damaged or incorrect products, capture photos/videos of the parcel and goods, then contact our support team with your order ID within 48 hours of receiving the package. We will provide free re-delivery or full refund solutions, and bear all return shipping expenses if item return is required.

 

Can I change or cancel my order?

You can cancel your product order that has not yet entered the shipping process as soon as possible through the Kaode Support Center. We will verify your order status and confirm whether the order can be cancelled and whether there are any fees.
